After purchasing a corner in Bucktown, we negotiated the tear down of an old building with the Historic Society. In its place we erected a beautifully modern four-story mixed use development with 15 2-bedroom apartments and 10,000 square feet of commercial space.

We purchased a three building complex and gutted each building one at a time. From there, we were able to develop condominiums designed for both affordable housing and market rate units. We designed and developed a total of 68 units.

Located in beautiful Highland Park, the final product of the Linden home features luxurious finishes and technology. We demolished an old home and designed and built this 6,500 sq. ft. new construction, single family smart home wired for the latest in audio, video, lighting and alarm.  Amenities include a large gourmet kitchen, sun room, home gym and media/theater room.  Top of the line finishes were implemented throughout the home, including exotic hardwood flooring, granite counter tops, Miele, Viking and Subzero appliances, as well as custom stone baths throughout. .

What began as the purchase of an unusual pie shaped lot adjacent to the metro tracks, transformed into the design and development of an award winning commercial space. We created Go Global Office Suites, which operated out of the building. A restaurant occupied the retail space on the ground floor.

In San Diego’s East Village we purchased a block that housed a coffee roaster plant. Taking all environmental precautions necessary, we gutted the plant and transformed the building into a CrossFit Gym with an office in the front. The original block parcel housed the famous “Rosario Hall” and San Diego’s most popular breakfast restaurant “The Mission”. This building is historically protected, having been originally built in 1870. We also renovated the top floor of the historic building and enlarged it into an East Village Yoga Studio.

We pioneered the development and new construction of this area in Lincoln Park. Sitting on the corner of Armitage and Halstead was a vacant lot and dilapidated tire store. After demo and environmental cleanup, we cleared the land and developed a new construction, state-of-the-art bank with a parking lot. This was the catalyst for much more new construction and commercial improvements on Armitage Street.
